How to become a member
Applications to join the Capacity Australia Professional Membership Association can be made through the registration below. Membership is available on an annual basis for $90 per year. Upon receipt of your payment, a copy of the text book “Capacity and the Law” 2018 edition will be sent via email.

Terms & Conditions
Fees: Membership fees are payable annually. Reminders will be emailed to your registered email address approximately one month prior to the expiry date.
Cancellation of membership: You may cancel your membership at any time by providing us with written notification emailed to email@example.com. Cancellation of your membership will cease any access to benefits and entitlements of the membership.
Refund policy: Capacity Australia does not provide refunds on membership.
Lapsing of membership: If your fee is overdue for more than one (1) month you will cease to be a member of Capacity Australia and will not be entitled to access any benefits and entitlements of the membership.
Distribution: Members must not distribute any resources received as part of their membership except those available freely on the Capacity Australia website, including the “Capacity and the Law” e-book. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the membership.
Change of details: You can change your contact details at any time by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
